Add-ons & quotas
Buy more of one thing without upgrading everything — extra lines, more bookings, a single premium feature.

Plans bundle a lot together, and sometimes you only need one thing more. Add-ons let you raise a single limit, or unlock a single feature, without moving up a whole tier.

Consumable packs apply to the current month only. When they're used up, buy another. Good for a one-off busy period.
Recurring add-ons are a monthly charge that keeps a raised limit or an unlocked feature in place until you cancel.

When an add-on beats upgrading
The honest calculation: if you need one thing, buy the add-on. If you need three, upgrade.
Some cases where the add-on clearly wins:
- You're on Starter and just want callbacks. The callback add-on costs a fraction of moving to Professional.
- One busy month. A consumable pack covers a seasonal spike without changing your plan.
- Concurrency during a promotion. Extra lines for the weeks that need them.
- Recording storage. Purely a storage problem; no plan change fixes it better.
And where upgrading wins: if you find yourself buying three or four add-ons every month, Professional is almost certainly cheaper and comes with the per-minute rate reduction too.
Watching your quotas
Your usage against each limit is shown on the billing and settings pages. The ones people run into first are:
- Bookings per month — the agent apologises and offers a callback when it's exhausted, which looks like a booking bug until you check.
- AI call analysis — calls carry on being logged, but summaries and sentiment stop appearing.
- Follow-ups per month — automations that schedule follow-ups quietly stop having an effect.
- Contacts — imports start failing.
Tip
If a feature "randomly stopped working" partway through a month, check quotas before anything else. It's the single most common cause, and it's invisible unless you look.
Monthly resets
Consumable packs and monthly quotas reset on the first of the calendar month, not on your subscription anniversary. Buying a pack on the 28th gives you three days of it.
Recording storage is the exception — it's cumulative, because recordings don't disappear at month end.
Cancelling
Recurring add-ons can be cancelled at any time. The raised limit or unlocked feature stays until the end of the period you've paid for, then reverts.
If you cancel a feature add-on, be aware of what stops: cancelling auto-callback means busy-hour callers stop being captured, and cancelling extra concurrency means calls above your plan's lines start being turned away.
