Dashboard

Your home screen — is the agent working, can you afford to keep going, and what happened recently.

For: Everyone
On this page

The dashboard is the first screen you land on. It answers three questions in one glance: is it working, can I afford to keep going, and what just happened.

The four cards

CardWhat it tells you
Total callsHow much activity there's been.
Minutes usedTotal talk time.
BalanceYour wallet balance, with your per-minute rate underneath.
Avg qualityThe mean quality score across scored calls, out of ten.

Note

These are computed from your most recent 200 calls, not your entire history. On a busy account the numbers here are a recent snapshot rather than lifetime totals — Analytics is where you go for the real figures.

The 14-day chart

Call volume per day for the last two weeks. Its job is pattern recognition, not precision: you're looking for the shape — quiet weekends, Monday spikes, the day a campaign ran, the day something broke.

A sudden drop to zero is worth investigating immediately. It usually means an empty wallet, a released number, or a carrier problem.

Recent calls

The last six calls, each linked to its full record, with direction, the other number, duration and a truncated summary. View all goes to the call log.

In the first week, this is the most valuable thing on the screen — open a couple every time you visit.

The setup checklist

New accounts see a five-step progress card: verify your email, get a number, add knowledge, add credits, make your first call. It disappears once everything's done, and you can dismiss it early.

Each step is genuinely required for the product to work. See Account setup.

If the dashboard looks empty

  • You're new. No calls means no data. Make a test call.
  • You lack permission. The dashboard degrades quietly: if your role doesn't include Calls or Billing, those cards show zero rather than an error. Ask an admin — see Team & roles.
  • Avg quality shows a dash. Nothing has been scored yet, either because calls are too recent or because AI analysis isn't included in your plan.
