Plans & limits
What each plan includes, what happens when you hit a limit, and how to work out which one you need.
On this page
Your plan decides three separate things: what features exist, how much of everything you get, and what a minute of calling costs. All three are enforced on the server, so a feature your plan doesn't include isn't merely hidden — it genuinely isn't available.

About the Trial
The trial is for evaluating, not operating. Specifically:
- No phone number of your own, so no real inbound calls.
- One agent.
- Calling happens only through the test surfaces, with a lifetime allowance of about 20 minutes in the browser and 10 minutes to your phone.
- Smaller caps on contacts, bookings, follow-ups and knowledge.
Everything you build during the trial carries straight over when you upgrade. Nothing is rebuilt.
The limits that actually bite
Most limits are generous enough to ignore. Three are worth thinking about before you choose:
Concurrent calls
How many conversations can happen at the same time. This is the one that determines whether callers get through at your busiest moment — not your monthly minutes.
One line means a second caller can't be answered while the first is talking. If your phone rings in bursts, size for the burst, not the average. Auto-callback softens this by capturing and ringing back anyone who arrives at capacity.
Extra lines can be added as an add-on without changing plan.
Included minutes
Your monthly pool of AI calling. Past it, calls keep working and draw from your wallet at your plan's overage rate.
A rough calculation: 500 minutes is around 170 three-minute calls a month, or about 8 a working day.
AI call analysis
Summaries, quality scores, sentiment and call memory are metered per call, per month. Past the allowance, calls are still logged and transcribed — they just don't get the AI layer. More can be bought in packs.
What happens when you hit a limit
Nothing breaks silently. Each limit fails in a specific, visible way:
| Limit | What you see |
|---|---|
| Agents, numbers, contacts, seats | The create action is refused with a message naming the limit. |
| Concurrent calls | New calls wait; inbound callers get the busy path. |
| Included minutes | Calls continue, charged from your wallet at the overage rate. |
| Wallet empty | Calls stop. This is the one that takes you offline — keep a buffer. |
| Bookings, follow-ups, campaigns per month | The action is refused; the agent apologises and offers an alternative. |
| A feature you don't have | The module shows an upgrade prompt instead of the feature. |
Choosing a plan
Starter if you want a reliable front desk: one number, real calls, recordings, and the CRM. It does not include campaigns, automations or the API.
Professional if calls should drive work rather than just be answered — automations, campaigns, smart routing, live monitoring, webhooks and API. Most businesses doing outbound end up here.
Enterprise for volume, the lowest per-minute rate, SSO, an SLA and dedicated onboarding. Use Request a quote on the billing page.
Tip
Start on Starter and add the specific add-on you need. It's often cheaper than jumping to Professional for a single feature, and the upgrade path stays open.
Changing plan
Changes take effect through the billing page. Downgrading to Trial is immediate; upgrading goes through checkout and activates once payment confirms.
Your data isn't touched by a plan change — but features your new plan lacks stop working, so check what you rely on before downgrading.
